I'm going do an exercise. I read your title and I'm going to answer my thoughts on the subject without watching the video. Then ill watch it and review what I've learned from your video. You see I attended a prestigious private school from kindergarten until the 10th grade. Then my parents divorced and almost had to live under a bridge things changed so fast.I went to a typical public school and on the first 3 guys attempted to beat me up. I talked to them and found out I was distantly related to one of them. In public school, I got As in classes I liked and B's in classes I didnt. In my final senior semester I only had one class. I only got b,c and d in my original school. Afterward, I found a career I enjoyed and taught my self, botany from books. Then my first year of University was difficult. But I got a scholarship my second year and traveled to learn with professors that enjoyed my enthusiasm, though, I realized I wasn't going to go for any Ph.d. Later, I realized certain families could put their kids in public school and the kids would go on to get their masters, etc. My knowledge of reading and writing is far above the average, though I got D's in school. Parents should stay together until the kids graduate is what I learned.

It's worth it for us! We own a farm and our public school is one of the worst rated in georgia. So I made the decision to put my children in private school. There is online private schools that are affordable. I cant up and move to a another school district. So in my eyes it's completely worth it.

Thank you so much for sharing! We agree in this day and age, private online schools offer a huge opportunity for those without a desirable public school around them. They can also open the door to a lot more options allowing you to choose the best school for your child.

You can pay now for a competent private school or pay later by having your children's circle of friends not the same in a public school. It is more important that his or her reference groups at all schools can be quite different.

This is an interesting point. Social circles can become quite different and changing schools mixes it up too!

Neither are about education. Both are about indoctrination.

Saying this with experience , it depends what state you are in. For example I live in NM and we are ranked last in education so yes private school is worth it. Or Texas with many overpopulated schools it would be best for a private school. But if you live in a state with high rankings no, private school is not worth it

I'm glad you mentioned this. It's a great point to make as it really does depend on where you're located and the resources available to you!

Do you have any valid sources for this?
