सर जी मेरे दाएं हाथ में टेनिस एल्बो है और मैं पिछले 18 महीनों से इसका इलाज ले रहा था। इस दौरान मुझे 4 बार केना कोर्ट इंजेक्शन भी दिया गया परन्तु पहले दो बार मुझे लगभग तीन तीन महीनों के लिए आराम मिला जबकि बाद के दोनों इंजेक्शन से मुझे कोई लाभ नहीं हुआ। फिर डॉक्टर साहब ने मुझे सर्जरी का सुझाव दिया और MRI report में grade 3 tear lateral collateral ligament joint effusion joint elbow भी बताया है। डॉ ने सर्जरी का सुझाव देते हुए कहा कि परिणाम की कोई गारंटी नहीं है। क्या मुझे सर्जरी करवानी चाहिए अथवा नहीं 🙏 🙏

Please do not perform any exercises if you have tennis elbow. Just give it adequate time sometimes weeks or months and avoid any form of stress to your elbows as much as possible. And see the problem go away. I did this experiment when I had a severe case of tennis elbow last September and they got healed in February
