Been attending to this match : this just comes from the fact that this tiny court has just 600 seats and the roof is extremely low, hence an intimate atmosphere but also the need for the cameras to be located close from the court level. Does however and unfortunately not any longer fit ATP requirements and the whole tournament will move to a much larger venue by 2025.

Surprising Giovani has already beaten Shelton in Stockhome, Sweeden, title and now Tiafoe. Congratulations again EVEN after hard fought 500 title! Giovani will be NEW French Tennis icon I predict; Monfil is pretty much gone, all other players are so so, so Giovani is new hope with mighty power 6 foot 8, that moves surprisingly well. But I am NOT sure about his 1-hand backhand, especially in grueling 3 set out of 5 set case in grand slams tournament, so it remains to be seen how Giovani manage grand slam match with his 1-hand backhand, but I urge Giovani to practice 2-hand backhand like Brettini has. With good chopping skill like Dimitrov of Bulgaria. US

Giovanni has beaten Shelton in London and in Basel this year. They haven't played in Stockholm.

So we're going to forget Humbert and Fils, who both won multiple 500s. I swear tennis fans can be so delusional. It's ridiculous
