This is sooooo helpful. I'm a "concrete learner" & appreciate the details, demonstration, and caveats! Have been living w/ MCS,ME/Fibro Xs 30+yrs; watched Andrea Parker's videos 2yrs ago, but insufficient $$$ to buy unit she uses (plus in US must have Rx for it), so➡ MANY MANY THANKS for taking the time to help people by making this how2 & your other related videos. As 'long covid' seems to be similar to ME, & for decades most peeps struggling w/ME have had trouble being believed, dx'd, & treated➡I am so happy for the peeps struggling w/"Long Covid" that they can be spared much of that b/c of advocate-HCPs like you bringing attention to their plights; providing education & demonstrating practical sx management skills like this❣Making these videos, I'm told, takes a lot more time than viewers realize, so even more/deep ❤warming thanks for your time, energy & care!!!

Thank you for making these informative videos! I have developed persistent diarrhea three weeks after undergoing a cardiac catheter ablation. I've tested/screened negative for the usual culprits (c. diff, parasites, ibd, celiac, et al) At this point, I am leaning towards vagal nerve injury as a complication of the ablation procedure, expressing itself as diarrhea. I wasn't aware TVNS even existed and I'm going to try it to see if it helps 🙂

Dear Dr Groysman thank you for your KZbin videos on vagus nerve stimulation. In them you say that if one does more than perhaps an hour of vagus nerve stimulation, the vagus nerve will stop reacting. I have not been able to find any research or other reading on this elsewhere. Please could you point me to any sources? Thank you very much. Best wishes
