I have had a Nurosym, and after 7 months, it went faulty, Nurosym do provide the device with a 2-year warranty but is making excuses as to why they can't replace mine, it has been 6 weeks with emails to and fro, they will not give me a realistic refund, they say they have no stock and are unable to say when this would change, read into this what you may, they have offered to refund me with Amazon vouchers!! are you sure you want to represent this company?

Hi! Thanks so much by information. I would like answering about the intensity we need to apply? May a high level of intensity hurts? Which one do you recommend? Thanks so much for your helping 😊

Thank you for this video! I experience chronic pain and struggle sleeping so this is very useful. Could you recommend a more affordable device than the neurosym? I would love to use this device however it costs too much for me. Thanks
@PrecisionWellbeing10 ай бұрын
Thank you for your message. I can't recommend anything else because I haven't got experience with other devices. I have other videos about chronic pain that you might find helpful. Some of the other things I recommend are Magnesium Glycinate for both chronic pain and difficulties sleeping. Of course movement, stretching and strengthening might help too. Let me know if you have any questions about your issues. Best wishes, Ashley

You might want to try Pulsetto. It is less expensive. You need a smartphone to make it work and it sends the electric impulses into the neck. It works for my knees pains and my mother's sleep is better. But I just ordered the neurosym for her because we don't live together and she doesn't have a smartphone so I can only use the pulsetto on her when I visit her and she will be able to use the neurosym daily since the key is to be consistent. What works best for me is to listen to guided meditations while getting the stimulation 40 minutes every night before I go to bed. The next morning my knee pains are gone. It also works in 4 minutes against stress..And no side effects. I had tried pills, painkillers, tens, paingone, everything you can think of and what really works are vague nerve stimulation for me and my mum. They are expensive but you won't need to buy painkillers or see a doc so in the long run you will get your money back. I really encourage you to try. Plus if it doesn't work for you during the trial period you will get your money back.

I did the neck movements, massage, humming, and gargling for the first time ever this morning. It feels like I found a missing piece of the puzzle for my long term health. One thing that happened is I went to the bathroom 3 times this morning. Having chronic, life-long issues with constipation, I’ve often thought that my bowels just don’t contract like they should. After these simple exercises, it’s as if my bowels were stimulated like they should be. So for anyone here who reads these comments complaining about this video “selling” something, I would say ignore those negative comments and give these ideas a try.

Ive bought a second hand neurosym to try to stop my lightheadness symptoms and boost blood flow to my brain. However im scared to start using it as my resting heart rate is quite low (normally around 50bpm in the daytime and 40bpm at night. Would you recommend use?

Thank you for the information. How long (1 year or longer time) this device can be used if I stimulate 1 hour/day? Is there a warranty? Does this work for IBD (e.g., UC)?
@PrecisionWellbeing9 ай бұрын
You're welcome! There is a 1 year warranty on the device. As far as I know there is no maximum time frame you can use this device if you're using it for 1 hour per day. You can always reach out to the Nurosym team as they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with these sorts of questions. Regarding IBD this could help but as I mentioned in the video you have to modify nutrition, lifestyle and other factors too. This is a tool to help, not a cure for anything. But if you want more clinical expertise on specific issues reach out to Nurosym, they'll be happy to help. Best wishes, Ashley

Is the Nurosym available in the US? How does it compare to other VN stimulators?
@PrecisionWellbeing3 ай бұрын
I believe they do ship to the US although I'm not sure how much shipping and tax might be. I'm actually in the process of scripting a video answering how it compared to other VN stimulators. I would say based on my research of other devices it is definitely up there with the best. In the US there is also Gammacore which stimulated the vagus nerve through the neck, but this is only available with prescription from your doctor and it is quite pricey in the long term too. Both of these devices have been well researched and have multiple studies done. Other devices lack the clinical research at the moment. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

For the patients you have using the neuro Sim what is the protocol you have them doing?
@PrecisionWellbeing11 ай бұрын
1 hour every night at their preferred intensity. For my seizure patient it was 1 hour every night and if possible another session in the day anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on time availability. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

What is the difference between neurosym £600 and tens machine for vegus nerve £45??
@jaeshasway5 ай бұрын
Tens is more pf a hack and not designed for any specific use to stimulate the vagus nerve. The Neurosym was scientifically and medically designed for vagus nerve stimulation to assist with very specific physical, mental, and health issues, functions or behaviors.

Do those gadgets really work tho? Is it acculamative ?
@PrecisionWellbeing6 ай бұрын
I think it depends on what the problem is, but it is more likely to be accumulative. Similar in a way to taking supplements or doing exercises. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

With breathing the out-breath should be twice the time of the in-breath and the time to hold the breath slightly less than the out-breath and the hold after the out-breath the same as the in-breath - 4:7:8:4. This allows better use of oxygen by increasing carbon dioxide but also stimulates the vagal nerve. The breathing should be as slow and gentle as possible.
