40 വർഷം ആയി യോഗ ചെയ്തു വരുന്നു. ഈയിടെ ശർവാ ഗാ സനം ഹലാസനം ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ year balance പോകൽ തല വട്ടം കറങ്ങൾ അനുഭവ പെടുന്നു.. ഓരോ അസ്സനത്തിനും വിപരീതം ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട് എന്ത്‌ കൊണ്ട് വിശതം ആകാമോ? 👍👍🙏👍
