Hi Mam, I am Shwetha. I am a regular follower of your KZbin channel. I just have a doubt. I had done child pose cobra pose and bow pose I guess,the one in which we lie on our stomach, raise our hands, hold our legs and raise our head. I had done in on my bed. Is there any issue with it? The bed is a little uneven. Will it cause any issues? It would be very very helpful if you could give me a reply. thank you Mam
