തെറ്റായ ജീവിത ശൈലി സ്വീകരിച്ചു മനുഷ്യൻ രോഗി ആവുന്നു.. രോഗി ആയി ജീവിക്കാൻ ദൈവം പറയുന്നില്ല. ചികിൽസിക്കണം.അതിൻറെ ചികിത്സകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് യോഗയും. അത് ചെയ്യുക, പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുക സുഖം പ്രാപിക്കുക

Try to do suryanamaskara once..if it is hurting your knee, you can stop, otherwise continue, other simple asanas can be done.

Hi Mam, I am Shwetha. I am a regular follower of your KZbin channel. I just have a doubt. I had done child pose cobra pose and bow pose I guess,the one in which we lie on our stomach, raise our hands, hold our legs and raise our head. I had done in on my bed. Is there any issue with it? The bed is a little uneven. Will it cause any issues? It would be very very helpful if you could give me a reply. thank you Mam
