3:23 I think riachu/light ball pikachu would do much better as tera ice due to the most popular ground types (lando-t and garchomp) not being weak to grass, and being 4x weak to ice (also as a bonus hitting grass types super effectively)

yeah Raichu and Jolteon really want that Ice move for Bolt/Beam coverage so it makes sense to try out Ice Tera

Type immunity abilities defintely make for good tera options. Other things that are great are 4x weak pokemon that tera into a type that is immune or resists the 4x weakness.

Azum only needs Huge Power and Tera Ground or Ice. This works perfectly imo. And I also was considering steel, but common weaknesses are such a bihh

and you also get that extra stab so basically your 2 original types will still be stab but when you go tera it adds that type as stab if its the same tera type as your normal regular typing when not tera then its 2x instead of 1.5x

I've seen a few people refer to same-type Teras as Super STAB, that's probably what it'll be referred to anyway. A bunch of dual-types with objectively bad typings got buffed and I'm going to try out as many as possible

@@Bradbradhehe Toxicroak dark tera type. Let's toxicroak get psychic immunity. Dark seems like a good choice for poison in general because all the things it's weak to poison resists which they would be unlikely to attack your pokemon with before tera.
