@Shadoxlink974, Yes it's still working. Achievements can be checked in-game via the Activities Menu > Achievements, or by pressing the default shortcut 'V', then going to the Hunting category. Pora Elinu tourist is unlocked by standing next to the NPC called Shalane in the video at 0:14.

Still working 2018/08/18. Tip: in each of the three major cities (Velika, Allemantheia, Kaiator), regular vendors sell scrolls for each of the towns in their area, as well as to the other cities. This makes the town part of this quest as easy as buying the scrolls from each city, then clicking each in turn. In a few towns, you need to walk a little way from the teleport point towards the center of town, until the achievement triggers. Vanguard quests, pegasi, etc might get you to the towns cheaper if you're short on cash, but even with scrolls, it shouldn't cost more than a couple dozen gold.

I just got to lvl 20 and i received a "Village Atlas" in a gift box, it lasts 24 hours and it lets you travel to any city in the map for no cost and has no Cooldown, it really helps getting this mount!

@Adia Distinctjoke, one method would be to buy the teleport scrolls to the towns from the Merchant NPC in major cities such as Velika. The Velika merchant sells teleport scrolls to the towns surrounding that city and also scrolls to the other major cities as well (Allemantheia and Kaiator). If earning money is an issue, a sufficient amount can be gained from selling loot on the trade broker.

Anthony Sullivan Yes, you can earn the mount at level 30 if you wish. I have tested using teleport scrolls to level 60 areas at level 11 and it works without problems, but you probably have to be careful when travelling around very strong mobs as they will deal a lot of damage.

macdaddy8224 If you have a look at your in-game Tera map, you'll see big cities like Velika, Allemantheia and Kaiator at the center of each continent. The towns are the smaller places around them, usually written in blue like 'Lumbertown' and 'Cresentia'. Towns usually have a Specialty Store in them, which big cities do not. As for getting there, you could use a pegasus, buy teleport scrolls to them, use a Travel Atlus or manually run to each one from a city (but this method is not possible to visit Scythera Fae and Zulfikar Fortress).

Gibby Gamer The merchants in Velika sell a teleport scroll to Allemantheia for around 1 gold each. Once you're in Allemantheia, you can buy another teleport scroll to Acarum from the Allemantheia merchants, or even run to Acarum using a mount.

Have a look in your in-game achievements list, in the 'Encounters & Exploration' category for the achievements called Southern Arun, Southern Shara and Northern Shara Tourist Attractions. Expanding the box on them will reveal a list of places and you have visited, and still need to visit.

Tadas Uscinas Right-click the pet book in your inventory to use it. Then it will appear in your Learned Skills menu (press K), then right-click the pet book icon there again to summon the pet next to you. The pet icon can be dragged to your shortcuts tray just like any other skill for easy access.

Anacorando You might have just lagged a little. walk up to one of the eyes and pause. they shoot a beam every few seconds, just wait and walk pass. you can safely stand in the middle of two eyes. last thing, unmount, you have to be one foot. hope this helps

Gabby G There are actually 2 different permanent Raptor mounts that you can earn. A green one shown in this video called Sparky, and a separate red one called 'Carmine'. The red mount needs you to earn an achievement called 'All My Life' which requires you to be level 60 and as you said, generally get most of the time-consuming achievements in the entire game. Both mounts are 275 speed and by comparison, the green one is much easier and quicker to get.

Sadly, all the free pets that are rewarded from achievements are purely cosmetic and do not gather loot for you. Premium pets which have auto-gather and storage abilities can be purchased from the cash shop or trade broker.

You have to visit ALL locations on the map except for Island of Dawn, Velika, Allemantheia and Kaiator (because these places do not have 'Tourist' achievements'). For a list of all the places you need to visit, check your in-game achievements list, in the Hunting tab, and look in the Souther Arun, Southern Shara, Northern Shara Tourist Attractions achievements. Lumbertown is smaller than a city (for example, Tera considers Velika to be a city), so it is closer to the size of a town or a village.

This means you have to travel to Velika and buy all the scrolls there, then Allemantheia to buy the scrolls over there, and lastly do the same at the Kaiator merchant to finally have all the scrolls you need.

+Shadow MaX0 5 of the 6 monuments are very easy to reach. YYEESS I got the pet and the mount at level 23!! But I've almost died twice when attempting this. Once in a level 60 area when I was on a mount and got hit. My health was so low. Healed up as a priest ;) Then once, there was a bunch on monsters chasing me and it was the temple after that laser bridge.

How do you travel around in this game? I have the mount you get at level 11 and whatnot, but I've never really traveled anywhere past the back area of Oblivion Woods. Are teleport scrolls available for all of these locations? Lastly, if you are a level 22 will you have any difficulty surviving?

Pegasus flights are a common method of travel which costs 10 silver per flight. Yes, teleport scrolls are available for purchase in major cities (Velika, Allemantheia and Kaiator) to every town in that region, which costs 1 gold per scroll. To earn the Raptor mount, you are required to visit level 60 areas with level 60 mobs. If they hit you, a level 22 player will most likely die in one shot.

Easiest, Brainless, No effort way, No traveling required way of getting the tourist achievement is to visit the 3 capital city ONLY. Buy all the town teleportation from the merchant located INSIDE the capital city and use it all once its off cd. (Some teleport you outside the towns so walk about 3-5 sec till you get the achievement) ...Each teleportation has a 5 min cd though ~,..,~ Good Luck to all stubborn Afkers who does something else rather than Tera while eating Doritos every 5 min.

I'm afraid the Watermelon Pet is only for vanity purposes, so it can only follow you around and does not pick up loot for you. To my knowledge, the other achievement-based free pets do not have the auto-loot ability either.

Vu ho Generally there's no level requirement to visit the towns but if, for example, you use the pegasus flights to travel around, you might be locked out of parts of the map until you're level 20/30 (I'm not entirely sure). However, there is no level requirement for using the teleport scrolls which are purchased from Merchant NPCs so I recommend that method if you don't have a Village Atlus.

No, you do not need to visit Highwatch or the two new monuments in Val Oriyn. Visiting the level 61 to 65 areas introduced in the Fate of Arun patch are not required to unlock this achievement.

This is a very easy thing to do , I just did on chirstmas day ! First go to ur achievement page . Then on the right side there will be a tab called hunting , click that and it drops down three more options. These three are the ones were it will tell u were u need to visite to get that achievement. If u click on each one and scroll all the way to the bottom you will if ur missing any .they will say the place u need to visit and tourist right after , there only worth 10 achievement points . The cirus rug mount is from doing achievements from The Festival of the Sun and Rootstock events. They both happen once a year so I recommend keeping an eye out for them. The achivements can be found in the 'Special' category under 'Festivals' so you can see what you need to do before it starts. Off the top of my head I can remember around 10 free mounts or more but they take a while to get. It's normal that a leveling player wouldn't have many mounts unless you bought them for your alt. Since leveling is quick in this game, you get a free flying mount at level 65 and you might end up using that more than the non-flying mounts.

For the towns, it may be easier to think of it as "visit everywhere, except Island of Dawn, Velika, Allemantheia and Kaiator". Have a look at your Tera map, click into each area, e.g. Arcadia, and visit all the places with BLUE names, e.g. Lumbertown and Crescentia. There is a checklist in your achievements menu, in the Hunting tab, under the Arun, Southern Shara and Northern Shara Tourist Attractions achievements.

Just curious but is it required you are level 60? I'm level 36 so I just wanted to see if I should even attempt it yet

You dont 'need' any level - you do need the gold to buy the scrolls though as the flight points are level locked. Ive just staretd a new server and found that selling the extensive alk you get from the level box's nets u a nice starting about of gold. 2.2k for 14 on freya.

Yeah, visit every location that has a pegasus flight platform on it. You can check which specific places you need to visit by looking in your achievement's menu, in the Hunting section, under Arun, Southern Shara and Northern Shara Tourist Attractions (they're 3 seperate achievements).

Is this game still active? What's the end game like? And is the population spread out through levels or is it mostly high levelled vets?

The population generally varies a lot depending on the version, from korean Tera having the most players to European Tera having the least. There are always players at different stages of levelling but I see more people who are higher level. It's just my personal opinion, but I think the endgame in Tera is where I like to invest most of my time into because of the variety of dungeons available.
