Extremely disappointed that there won't be regular Art Rares. Those are the cards I collect the most. Can't possibly afford a bunch of Special Art Rares but spending $30 CAD to get 12 Art Rares per japanese set is more than worth it. Was literally just going to call my local Canadian gamestop to pre order a prismatic evolutions etb but now I'm thinking about not getting any sealed products at all since I probably won't get anything cool in just 10 or so packs. I don't usually buy sealed products at all, only singles, so I guess I won't be buying many singles nor sealed product at all for this set. Art rare cards have been my absolute favourite cards for the past two years and are what really got me to continue collecting consistently. Sucks. At least other people seem to be happy with what we're getting.

People are massively underestimating this set. It’s unlike anything we’ve had before. Yeah Evolving skies probably has better cards but this is different. Hype and demand is on the moon. So much to collect, 9 Eevee SIR’s another 20 odd Sir’s. Master balls, poke balls holos. Surprise box promos. Don’t even get me started on the PC ETB. It’s gonna be a crazy ride guys.

That and the eevee promo will be a hit in tera festival. Which means there could be another 8 AR eevees. Regardless there's 27 minimum eevees in this set to collect.

Oof. Pull Rates seem rough. Was hoping they'd compensate for the lack of ARs by giving 2 SARs per box. Now this literally will be EvoSkies 2.0 including its godawful pull rates. I guess the (good) singles will have crazy value again.

I can’t be the only person who feels massively underwhelmed by this?? One fancy card for a supposedly special set doesn’t feel very special and don’t get me wrong the SIR’s in this set are amazing but I don’t understand why they haven’t done normal art rare cards aswell like vstar universe because now the boxes are basically one pull and a bunch of bulk, even the ex’s will literally be 100yen cards in Japan which is like £1 each

So basically the Pokeball reverse holos (1 Masterball + 2 Pokeball) took the places of 3 ArtRare (per box). 1 ACE Spec per box (Same as usual) 1 SR/SAR (Same as usual) 1 ex per box (guarantee) My guess is... god pack (if there is one, usually have) contains 10 Pokeball/Masterball reverse holo

Master ball Umbreon is gonna be almost as, if not more rare than alt-art Umbreon. Masterball is 1 in 100+ boxes, and since we won't get full art pokemons (at least that's what revealed numberings point out to), the SR pulls will be much better than usual japanese boxes. This gives me hope that the singles prices will not be insane as people initially predicted. Sure there's lots of SRs and you getting only 1, but there won't be Orthworm shenanigans here. You either hit a full art trainer or an alt art.

Had to double checked that you were still looking for the pokeballs from 151 and not the masterballs for your collection. If you want to share a list of what your missing, I keep all my dupes of 151 pokeballs if your interested in them. From Canada, I’d be open to just send you the cards if I have them if you want to cover the postage, but Canada post is on strike so may take some time. I don’t mail out stuff often but love your content and the personality and charm you stream with, so more then happy to help your collection if it’s just the pokeball reverses your looking for.

Great video! So I have a ? In the video you say on release day the set the could go “in stock” and you’ll order more boxes. Does that not go against the 5 box maximum? And then in theory those new 5 boxes could be sent to a Japanese mailing address and not have the pokemon company Japan be upset with your standing and send you whatever else you order with the initial 5 box preorder? No art rares is a major miss for this set and may make it the worst set in sv era. Most of the sir cards are derpy and meh. The only thing good is the eeveelutions, but even those are a step backward. No one really cares about regular ex cards unless u play.

Pokeballs aren't really a 16:1 ratio because most of them have print lines. A 0 print lines pokeball is likely rarer than the master ball of that card.

Special sets in Japan still have booster boxes. A box has 10 packs. Think like Shiny Treasure ex or Vstar Universe English doesn’t have boxes

Japan packs are different though. Japan it’s illegal to gamble or any form of gambling , so therefor a pack “has “ to have atleast 1 hallow I believe.. the US doesn’t have to be that way.
