I will be doing an 8.27x10 design on 100% prewashed t-shirt. The design has 50,000 stitches - would this serial magic work for the amount of stitches on a t-shirt? Hoping to hear back soon, ty

Hi Melody~I have used Terial Magic on very dense designs and it works beautifully. Though on a t-shirt, a dense design might need a layer of stabilizer to keep the knit from getting small holes between design features (depending on the tightness/thickness of the knit) . I have seen knit fabric separate under intense stitching and would hate to have that happen on your t-shirt! Terial Magic helps to stop puckering when used with a stabilizer, I hope this helps? If possible test on a scrap fabric similar to your knit first! Thanks for asking! Terry

Yes, though there are many variations of thickness and what the terry is made from. Cotton terry is best as Terial Magic needs to soak into the fibers. They stand up and will look like a crew cut~The embroidery goes over the fibers and washes without distortion. Thanks! Terry

How do you do iron without wrecking your iron and ironing board

I have not had any problems with my iron. Be sure it dries to damp before ironing. It is water soluble and washes out. If you spray on your iron board there will be a build up, it should wash out. I hope this helps!
