Hello, thanks for your video! If you get chance to answer my question, which would you recommend between the Tern Joe C21 and Montague Paratrooper Express (or any other bike with similar pricing)? I am a 6'3" guy looking to use it mostly for city road/path travel, with the option to go on grass/hills occasionally, and storing in a small apartment when not in use.

Challen, my quick answer between Joe C21 AND Montague Paratrooper Express, I would go with Express 20" frame size. Because the Joe C21 was a bit smaller or shorter frame. You will not be comfortable. Also, you really need to test ride the bike and see how it fit you. I think Montague Highline would be better fit for you due your height. The Highline use 27.5" wheel set compare to Express only 26" wheel, so it provide a bit more height. But this model will go outside of your price range.

what size is the bike you ride and how tall are you? the frame looks short for your size. i am 5.10 i wonder if the large would be ok for me. as you said it seems one size down from the nominal size.

George, you definitely should take Large size frame. My quickly answer is that you should try it and see if it feel too small for you. But I think it could be just a bit too small for you.
