Terraria's most powerful money glitch (up to 600 plat/min.*)

This is a bit more annoying to set up than the Crystal Shard dupe glitch, since that works in singleplayer (see kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3zOcoR7mbOHnKc ), but yields much, much more money. Also, you can dupe fountains and Aether Monoliths in pre-Hardmode while Crystal Shards are locked to Hardmode. Still, this is a glitch, abuse it at your own discretion.

Verrry interesting! Btw, if you do another glitches episode please remember to mention the crystal+tortch glitch. That one is also realy good, and you don't even need an auto clicker, because it dupes crystals at the ingame tick-rate. Which is extremely fast. (EDIT) PS. If you don't know what this one is, just put a crystal on the right block of a 2 space gap between blocks and try to add a torch to the left gap. Its incredibly easy and can be done at the very start of hardmode. Can't remember if gems still work, but I'm pretty sure they patched gems.

The setup that was used for the 1.3 item frame dupe glitch (with the work bench and the metal bars) also works to make the floating monolith, so you don't even need to defeat Skeletron to use this. You can just get an Aether Monolith and do the setup for infinite money pre-boss.

How much money is too much money? I usually use like 20-50 plat a run if a reforge everything. If you use coin gun though, that might go up to 2k+ plat however.

Sadly, this glitch does not work on mobile, similar to the philosophers stone glitch. The monolith will float in mid-air like on computer, but you are able to toggle it on and off without it breaking or duplicating. (Similar results occur with the philosophers stone glitch)

You don't even need the second teleporter, at least for me, but make sure you break the teleporter with the smart option which you can toggle with ctrl

Don’t know if it still works but I always used the chest glitch to get a crazy amount of chests to sell. It’s a bit more complicated to set up but you can do it almost immediately. Just need a mechanic and you can get tons of money very quickly

Since you claim it's the most powerful, I feel kinda obligated to mention what we have done with the black hole glitch A black hole gives an item every neaby block update, and stacking ghost dummies in an engine can get you an huge number of wiring signals per tick that you can use to actuate blocks. Stacking both in a clever way can net you 1 platinum stack per second (yes, 9999 plat/s) The main downside is that it's a LOT harder to set up showcase here : kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZzaZJqnmrd2rqs

Okay. You can dupe any item easily with a “glitch” that’s actually an intended feature that will never be patched. All you have to do is have one of the item. It’s slow at first but quickly gets up to essentially unlimited items per minute. Here’s what you do: get a chest and the item or items you want to dupe. Make a new world or use an existing world. Place the chest in the world. Place the items in the chest. Leave the world. Open the game files, find the world saves and copy the world and rename it (I like to just add a number after it) you can do that multiple times to dupe your items times however many new worlds you made. Open the duped worlds and take the items, then delete the duped worlds and put the duped items back in the chest on your original world. Repeat until desired number of items is achieved
