@@tinytinyhomes I understand what you are doing. This is much better than sleeping on the street, I agree. I know that water, meals and personal hygiene are important as well. The price and access of basic necessities are becoming harder for anyone on a fixed or limited income. Why not include these things as a possibility in the build. It may slightly raise the initial cost of the tiny, tiny home but it will prove to be a better investment and quality of life in the long run. It would give the new occupants/owners a better chance. Bottled water works. Some way to cook. Insta pots are popular, a single burner or a small microwave is better than nothing. A hula hoop hooked to the ceiling with a shower curtain and a half barrel flower pot for a floor/tub with drain (that plugs to close) to a grey tank. A 2-3 gallon bucket with a pump or a yard sprayer will work for a shower. That could be tucked underneath the bed in a corner, dubbling as storage. A small lidded bucket, liners and cat litter works as a toilet. The weight wouldn't be excessive and quality of life would be greatly improved. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Love these homes, so thoughtfully designed. I live in a condo in a very expensive area in DC. I reference this only because a young man lives in a tent on a green space adjacent to our property. All of my neighbors are happy to have him. Not one have complained or have tried to have him removed. I'm certainly going to propose that we all chip in and purchase one of these homes for him. Amazing tiny bicyle home! Love the product actually in use by someone. This should be done worldwide, not only in Canada (but I guess funding is a challenge: who's gonna caugh up materials and assembling cost in the end right?).

Holy imagine in a hundred years all the rich people own all the big buildings and you just see hundred of humans moving around in their tiny homes and there's huge lots filled with them and we basically become snails or turtles.

Thats basically Oakland. When you realize most homeless are harmless, you realize how amazing ppl can still be so good despite never feeling safe themselves. Oakland looks like a warzone but its just cuz no one can afford it, all the buildings are vacant and the rich are scared shitless of the poor lol, they dont know how tight we are without their giant empty buildings.
