i remember a long time ago, many patches in the past, i made a venture drag racer that could reach speeds of over 250mph. it was just a long line of venture blocks with 4 wheels and a load of large spoilers. sadly, i think updates to the spoilers caused them now to have too much friction and can only reach 60mph with the same design

Using antigravity, and ventures propellors I can get almost that same speed in the newest update, 230mph.

Think you've got a pretty solid vehicle there, Lath. Only real improvement point I could see is if you could use wing parts (elevators) in the back so you can make the landing on the final stretch smoother. Otherwise I think the best you can hope for is tiny improvements here and there.

Try rotating the front wheels to point forward, to help absorb some of the nose down clipping and moving a thruster or two lower and closer to the back shop it doesn't dip so much

I think it would be hilarious to see one of those little gyroscope vehicles go through this mode, if you could even get it to work without going out of bounds instantly.

I think some small wings would do a lot, able to help pitch down on that one checkpoint and pitch up on the last jump before the very end would help you from that small crash and having to dial back thrust.

Bypass the first ramp in favor of the second, should give a straighter shot at the third ramp or let you jump right over it, allowing for a longer boost and eliminating that S-curve that's cutting a good chunk of your speed. Also, trim the size a bit by shaping the chassis like an H instead of an X, should help shed some mass. If you wanted to go a bit crazy with the design you could try making a massive car with a central body made entirely of the large rotors you used on the heli.

Try adding those rotaters that you add in your previous helicopters so in mid air you can rotate your car upwards so it would bottom out and hitting the front.

use venture pulse boosters and also add spoilers upside-down/backwards with a lot of tail wings and a gyro stabilizer. (it ends up gliding really well if it is built right)

They only activate toif aid stopping or slowing if pressing backwards however. If they were facing the "right" way around they would push the crafts nose down too much when moving towards in the air, hence why they are turned. So no, not the wrong way around as such ^^

I know you've played FTD to death but would it be possible for you to do some pvp on it? such as you and a few other friends join a sandbox map but make sure you join as different factions, build some bots, then battle them. you could even do juggernaut mode where you have a group fight together as the same faction but you all get a 2000 volume limit and the juggernaut has a 2000 x the number of players against him limit.
