After a fiery testimony in court on Thursday, testimony continued in a hearing over whether Fani Willis should be disqualified from the Georgia 2020 election RICO case.

Originally, Willis intended to stay off the witness stand herself but agreed, following remarks from a previous witness who claimed her relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade began earlier than they had claimed.
During her testimony, tensions escalated as a defense attorney, seeking Willis's removal from Trump's 2020 election interference case, grilled the district attorney.

@@delmaharris7501well....in this specific instance, they wouldn't be there if Willis had at least filed disclosures of her involvement with Wade and the financial implications of that relationship. If either of them had a shred of proof that cash had exchanged hands, this would be shot down. They don't and that is inexplicable to me. Mainly, and I get earning credit card cash back and miles/points/etc, for the fact that I don't know any attorney in the world n that would let something near $10-15k sit idle and suffer inflation. Money makes money. It wouldve been deposited back into one account or another. Somewhere. Basic mutual funds or savings bonds bring 8% for crying out loud. Put it under the mattress and it only loses value while inflation rises.

sounds to me like he has absolutely NOTHING to say ! Why would he keep his mouth shut ? He was supposed to be the main witness against Willis/Wade. But when asked if Wade had told him if Willis and Wade had met in anything other than a professional setting before Nov 1st 2021 " I am he did. Maybe. I don't recall " This is a farce - embarrassingly bad - going nowhere - fast.

It’s because they have to be succinct in their answers as officers of the court. So, if the question is Did work for the DA’s office? He can’t say “yes” because really as a contractor he doesn’t work there,. Therefore they can’t just give off the cuff answers, especially knowing that the attorneys are delving into personal lives and trying to pretend it relates to the main case. Since they are under oath, they can’t make a mistake. Remember he is not on trial. Also, he has to think before he speaks become his answers may relate to other people’s cases. Whether you all know it or not, or understand it. He has to make sure that the things he says do not violate the privilege from other people’s cases.

So a partner in a law firm, Mr. Bradley here, got a lucrative, easy-money contract with the county in which Fani Willis was the D.A. but has no idea idea how that contract with his firm came about. He may have talked to somebody at some point, or may not have, he just doesn't know. And when Mr. Wade borrowed his business card to go on a personal trip (with Ms. Willis, of course) instead of Mr. Wade using his own card, "that did happen, I'm sure of it, but what time frame that was, I have no idea. May have been 1978, may have been 2023, I don't know." Remind me NEVER to hire any of these clowns to do any important legal work for me. Sounds like he is scared to speak the truth with valid information and delays too long to answer. These people are supposed to be lawyers and prosecutors, and they seem like scared kids who are afraid of punishment after doing something wrong and they know it.

When someone has to parse their answers SO slowly and SO carefully with long pauses, one must wonder where the line is between truth and lie

He's doing this on purpose hoping his legal team steps in with an objection so he doesn't have to answer. He's also very angry and this is how he gets some form of personal retribution, by wasting everyone's time! It is SUCH a waste of time and money, and it seems to me the judge could force him to answer and cut through his constant deceptive antics.

That’s because they’re going to drop the bomb on him about sexually assaulting one of his clients name Anna Rodriguez, and they have her there in court ready to testify that he did a Salter and that’s why he resigned from the law firm that he Wade shared, and also paid her $20,000 and restitution!that’s only one case he has many others this man has problems. He has no business at all. He needs to go to sexual deviant rehab.

To fight this hard to have questions answered, answers all the questions anyone needs to know when the "relationship" started before they both sworn to in official documents. If she doesn't get removed and disbarred that only proves, once and for all, this justice system is truly broken

@WiserthanBud420 it's not hearsay when it is coming from Wade and his discussions. The fact Wade is documented paying for all these trips and Fani benefited PLUS Wade lying under oath during his divorce alone commands they be disbarred. The rest is just icing on the top.

@@WiserthanBud420 Apparently hearsay is all you need...E. Jean Carroll case no physical evidence and a lot hearsay...no witness to it, just his word against hers...30 years later ok...go read the courts scripts put someone you care about in place of Trump...See what you come up with...
