Hi Terri-Ann, Thank you for showing us how to make fried bakes, my grandmother was also from St. Lucia too. When she passed away I always regretted not learning how she made them, but thanks to your channel I finally know now.

This is so gorgeous. I don't understand why you only make one when you can fit in at least four or five in your oven? That is what I plan with jerk chicken. Leftovers. Always do some more. It is so good there are never leftovers though. Kids always want to eat one more as long as there is one more.

Walkers wood way tooooo salty no?
@july_muzik..4 жыл бұрын
Not at all, out of all the brands that make jerk it is simply the most flavorful. If one may feel it’s too salty then i would not to over season your meat or don’t season at all. Add some olive oil, fresh garlic, thyme and green onion and you’ll be straight trust me

Hello! Was going to make ur green seasoning then i saw this video! Not sure which one to make first...can u mix the two together as a single marinade or would that be too much?🙃 which one do you like best or you recommend i try first?
@TERRIANNSKITCHEN4 жыл бұрын
The green seasoning is for general seasoning of meats and fish etc whilst this seasoning is more of a jerk flavour and can be overpowering in sauces etc . I’d suggest starting with the green seasoning as your main seasoning instead of this one!
