Oh..... Just like this I wanted to learn how to defence myself when they grab on the neck from the back and bend started punching on the head can you please please tell me how to defence

Well you don't just stand there, and you're supposed to move in one swift movement on some of those grappling moves. Last time a bigger guy grabbed me. (About the same height difference as you two in the video only he was bulkier) I used a type of standing arm bar. Grabbed his wrist with my left hand, pulled him forward while rotating, and then elbow chopped right behind his elbow, and putting all my weight. I also planted my foot to trip him up. All in one quick movement. He really didnt have a choice, but to fall face first into the ground. I do not think he expected me to pull him forward. It worked at least on him! You bigger or stronger guys could break someones arm doing it! Anyway still you're right. I don't know if an arm bar like that works against other trained fighters, but most people aren't trained. Personally I love head butting as hard as you can using your entire body. Headbutting is the great equalizer, and has saved me twice from what otherwise would be a big ass whooping.
