Great point on turning the body to the side to get more power and avoid “opening the door.” I will be more mindful of how I perform the backhand from now on.

What about follow through? In a recent lesson, I was taught to bring the paddle up above my shoulder (post hit). Confused.

Your video shows you hitting back hand pop ups . I like what you say near the beginning . Use the backhand shot as a drive shot.

Have you done a video on the core Pickleballs? Maybe compare them to the duras?

@@PickleballKitchen they were discontinued for a while because dura was trying to sue them. Supposedly they play like duras but are a lot more durable. I think they came back on the market.

That footwork will get you in trouble at the (no volley) line. It is better used in the back court or the transition zone.

My problem is with the footwork. I cross over with my feet and my swing is almost all wrist. I have difficulty reliably sliding over, i.e., not crossing my legs and feet. Would help with tips to break this habit.

No definitely not! There are plenty of people who use the two handed, just mainly on drives.
