One thing I dislike about Judge Simpson is that all it takes is a fake damsel in distress and he gets all sensitive. I really admire that he's human under the title of a judge, but all I can think about all these women snickering on their way home.
@bodhi146213 сағат бұрын
Good point. I'll look more closely now that you pointed that out.
@lurker61611 сағат бұрын
I see your point. But the same thing that makes him great can also show up as a weakness. I think terms like “damsel in distress” not only are minimizing but are unfair. Sometimes to be human is to just feel for that other person. Within the law. If nothing, he may exercise the empathy muscle but he is always operating within the confines of constitutional law. Hope that makes sense. But good point.
@veggieeater10 сағат бұрын
@@lurker616 Damsel in distress is unfitting. I agree. But what I can't stand is when these defendants claim they are unaware of a certain part of a condition or make excuses after excuses and sometimes Simpson bends to their sob story. I said that I did like the fact that he seems human when many judges don't and just write people off, but I think the law is very soft and it doesn't teach people that our actions have consequences and therefore, they don't respect the conditions that are placed before them. Mr. Allen should have taken her to the back.

Now Judge Simpson having the stupidity of a mother bringing both daughters together knowing full well there is no contact between the sisters. Poor Judge Simpson. This is another reason zoom has gone too far too long. This defense attorney doesn't research well enough. And there is no mistake. There are choices and actions deliberately made. The mother bailed one of the girls out. Now both plus mother who facilitated the infraction to all be in jail. At 14:38 this idiot who cannot know what no contact means says she wants to be a nurse and she used to do home health care.(probably as CNA)---this is scary. She has no business around any vulnerable person. She doesn't have the apparent intellect to be a CNA and NEVER be a licensed nurse.

The thing is, how are they supposed to know better when they’re never taught better. This knowledge just doesn’t pop into one head. And schools are not allowed to talk about morality, like how lying and stealing is bad they’re not allowed to do that. So where are people supposed to learn this from? What people are feeding their mind with on media is solve your problems with violence scream yell fight that’s how to solve your problems. And so that’s how they’re taught.
@robingalbraith32310 сағат бұрын
@fawnlet8777 what in the world are you talking about? Yes actually, it's been studied. Stealing is inherently wrong. Children and monkeys know that. Without being taught. It's actually your instinct. You have to be taught to go against that Or you are a sociopath, which in that case, you should be locked up anyways as you are ticking time bomb. And I can tell you how children know it's wrong, because they hate it when it happens to them. They also act when it happens to their friends. So yes we all know right from wrong There is also these things called laws. You learn about them in school well.before 8th grade. She heard the term and has the internet. She can figure it out. And considering she has been arrested more than once, she's had experience to learn from as well.
