Actually I think it has the potential to be a series like halloween. Something we reiterate every October. The villain has a unique style. I like that we still remake halloween. Do they nail it everytime? Nah, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt try. I like the story, is like a serial television story over years. A classic story of good vs evil. You spend the movie building up this villain, see the hero struggle, but overcome evil by the end. It's fun!

Sienna isn’t the final girl imo, Gabbie is. Sienna is her motivator and protector while Gabbie becomes like Ash Williams in hell till she becomes the Valkyrie who can protect the world from Demons. Plus Siennas brother is alive, the dad had a drawing of a hero outside of a castle in the second movie, i believe the hero (who looks like guts from berserk) is the brother and hes there to rescue people from Arts “castle of doom”. Johnathan for sure isn’t dead. The last time we see him he’s being warned of Art and it’s ambiguous whether or not he listens. It’s also implied during the film he’s trying to look past Art but very much aware and knowledgeable of how he operates. I think the head belongs to either the little girl from the opening or one of the college kids Art was interacting with. Johnathan in a hurry I think left his glasses which Art retrieved and used to discourage Sienna.

The series seems to be dropping bits of lore like the pale girl naming emily which is implies to be the daughter doll lady in terrifier 1. She revived Art and possessed vicky what is her motive no one know. We do know know why and how she died, and why she revived Art who had killed her mom. In terrifier two we visit the amusement park which is the place she died. In this movie the two construction men mentions the house they were in being a haunted place since kids were killed and buried in that house. It seems the writer is trying to drop lore. Also remember before terrifier 1, the short film show that Art have supernatural abilities and is working with demon and devils so it make sense why Art is working with this pale girl.

It a drop probably cuz it was more gory than the first two films. But most ppl enjoyed T3 and if it was so bad why are we about to have T4...obviously if the last two films were so bad as you put it then tue franchise would've ended after T2

I thought they lied about her brothers death in order to fill Siennas heart with anger thus making her open to possession by Vicky. I don’t think it was a distraction. They already had her tied to a chair.
