People saying Terrifier 2 is way better kinda signals to me that they aren’t real big horror fans. What makes this movie great is the tension it builds before killing, and then doing so much with such little space. The side characters, although not really important, are all memorable. There are times when the acting feels kinda off but it’s not so bad that you laugh at it. Also, not every movie needs an epic story with character growth. And the final girl trope I’m sorry is done to death and kinda for basic b*tch horror fans. That’s not aimed at women or men specifically. It’s for fans who really don’t like the creepy or the villains. They like hot girls surviving and elevated horror. Sigh. If you didn’t like this movie then there’s still a chance you like the other two, as it involves more story and traditional horror characters. Idk I get annoyed by people slamming this movie because Art is straight away amazing for a horror villain.

First on the audio commentary for this movie Damien Leone confirms. That when Art first sees Tara and Down he is a normal human with. Nothing supernatural about him in any way shape or form. Then at the end when he put the bullet through his head it officially permanently killed him. He based had a no go to jail policy basically he never. Planned to come back to life that wird electrical stuff in the morgue. Was a supernatural force resurrecting Art back from the dead. Without Art knowing about it or planning on it. Then after Art was resurrected by the supernatural force thats when he became supernatural. Now this is just the tip of the iceberg as they say. Terrifier 2 steps it up an Terrifier 3 steps it up way more then Terrifier 2. Put it this way I seen lots of horror movies. Hard core Unrated movies like this an the other Terrifier movies. I seen people killed horrible ways an slowly like. Slowly being ground into hamburger meat feet first well then whore alive an awake. Screaming the entire time this was when I was a kid by the way. Non spoiler but the things I seen in Terrifier 3 outside of the kills. I can't get that out of my head thats how messed up Terrifier 3 is. I had no problem with the brutal and bloody and gory kills. But the things outside of the kills is really messed up.

guys and gals, this movie is UNRATED, meaning they refused to let the MPA view and rate it becouse it would have gotten a X or at a minimum NC-17 rating which would kill it at the movie theatres as nearly all movie theatres in the past refused to show X or NC-17 movies. THAT should have been a huge warning as to what you were in for. HOWEVER both Terrifier 2 and 3 are also unrated YET terrifier 3 is in most theatres. IMO this is crap as is that an unrated film should be allowed in theatres. EVERY movie goer needs information BEFORE they see a movie as to whether its rated g, pg, pg-13, R, NC-17 or X so they can decide whether to see it. IMO this is a NC-17 or possibly X rating due to violence. . HOWEVER, I saw the R rated "passion of the christ" in theatres and it had violence as bad as or worse than this and churchgoers brought thier kids to see it!. go figure!.

MPAA Rating is not a legally binding thing, making it one would violate the 1st amendment of the US constitution. Movie theaters usually don't screen unrated films either, but they didn't want to miss out on the profits from screening the #1 movie in the country.
