Honestly I think it produces more fear because you know something is coming towards you. It's like when Pennywise tries to run towards his victim while yelling or something it just causes a Fight or flight response. I don't think Sirenhead needs fear in particular lol but I'm some ways fear can cause the victim to become delusional in some ways or even paralyze which helps him get his victim. He's large anyways so sneaking might not be the best option but I do agree with you 😂

(To get the good ending you must put a muffler on the car as well, even though the to-do list didn't mention that. Siren Head never appears) SECRET ENDING - "Hey, you. You're finally awake. Every morning, that's what I'll say to my best friend: The Gnome. Gnome is Love. Gnome is Life." (use a ladder to grab a gnome from a tree [not sure if the muffler affects this ending]. As you drive, you're stopped by Siren Head doing the Gangnam Style dance. The gnome flies out of the car, bursts into firework-like flames, and explodes on Siren Head, killing it) "There's Gnome place like home."
