Theraband, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, fish oil, NSAIDS, deloading, and avoiding exercises with elbow flexion and extension until it healed worked for me. I still did upper body just mostly stuff like pullovers and raises. I took also used the opportunity to focus on my legs

@@bahia0347 Yeah. Do some heavy dumbbell pullovers if you really want to maintain some pressing strength. But you really just have to rest and let them heal. Also start wearing long sleeves every workout and warm up breaking a sweat with some cardio to keep your tendons warm and healthy. I'm not a physical therapist, just saying what worked for me. I know tendonitis sucks
