I genuinely believe Terry Jeffords is one of, if not the best TV characters ever written. He's a loving husband and father. A great boss to the point his team enjoys being around him but they still keep the respect for him as their boss. He loves to read, paint, dance and sings. He logical but a goof, emotional but mental health is on top position. He broke the stereotypical strong man boss in TV. He treats everyone fairly and genuinely loves his job. And also, he can crush a man's skull with his hand.

I think that one of my favourite things about Terry is the fact that even though he's this big muscular guy that can kool aid man through walls, he's actually a really wholesome guy, he doesn't act "macho" because he's big and muscular, he loves his family and puts them above everything.
