Dude is real! He was working out at gym that I worked for back in the the day. This was two years after Next Friday came out. I asked him to come and talk to the lil kids in the Iberville projects, here in New Orleans. He didn't hesitate and said yes. All he asked, is no tv cameras. He shot ball, talked to the kids and took pics. He's definitely a solid dude!

He didn't want cameras.. He just wanted to do it for you and the kids.. That's a great story, bro 😊❤ I THINK Terry is just one of those people who'll forever stay grounded and realistic: That he's a normal human being that's been blessed with dreams that came true .. And he realizes that and is so grateful.. And I think he will share it with anyone that needs it.. ❤

The reason 90% of these interview shows are unwatchable now, from Vladtv to the Breakfast Club to Shay Shay to,.. etc etc is because its grown men & women complaining about how life is unfair, what someone else has done to them & how they've been kept down. Its been a long time that we had a grown man take full responsibility for his life like like Terry Crews is doing. Terry doesn't "spill the tea" on others, he takes responsibility for making his own tea & wipes up any that gets left on the table. Bravo Terry!

Dam, Terry flunked out the NFL and was a security guard, where the location manager put him on. Turn up as a bystander and get thrown into a scene, didn't have to say nothing and as they, the rest is history. You call that a break.

Exactly. I saw the making of hustle & Flow when the directors was talking and they had a small budget. The approach turn on it and at the time they said it was $10,000. He agreed to do it because he felt like this a script that would really help his career. He made a gamble and was correct it did he got an Oscar for it.
