That is very good advice, I really had not considered being in love with a grievance but I see the danger of it now

Your advice is great, I have a grievance with the covid restrictions, not my employer and have been negotiating with them for a change of terms but it is unlikely a compromise will be reached. Thanks for your advice terry

Which is harder the holding onto the grievance or the letting it go, see far to many people who are obsessed with holding onto it. Thanks for the clarity you give to these type of situations.

I have seen your video on bias for employer..but i think wrc is really biased favoring employers..most employers do politics over amending and you know that...
