Tesla blows through red light at 100+ mph; crash kills 3

Three people were killed and three others were injured after a Tesla going over 100 mph blew through a red light and crashed into an empty building in Pasadena.

Because the driver of a vehicle isn’t responsible? If alive the driver is responsible. Don’t you know that is what the driver’s license assumes? When you are issued a driver’s license you are always the responsible party for your driving behavior. The kids driving like idiots could have driven any vehicle 100 mph, except a VW Jetta that only can go 90.
