my biggest issue with 12.5.1.3 is the hard braking in bumper to bumper traffic. for me it brakes too hard and too late. Practically unusable for me because people behind me think im trying to brake check them. plus, im on the chill profile

Suggestion for those making Tesla FSD videos: just show 30 seconds before/after there is a problem. FSD is getting too good. Videos are boring.

Recommended test case: try a route where the posted speed goes from 35 to 45 with FSD 12.5.1.3.

You actually used that test case in your current video and got the same result that I have observed. FSD sees the higher speed limit but continues at the former, slower speed at 13:11 time stamp.

Looks like this was a difference between the navigate map speed limit and the actual roadside sign speed limit.

At 16:08 failing to honor road side speed limit sign. My car rapidly slows down when going from higher to lower speed limits.

The driver is responsible for the actions of the car. With FSD Supervised, it is the drivers responsibility to avoid all situations which could cause harm. Normal insurance rules should apply.

The Stop sign at 7:50 is confusing. I am not sure that we should expect human level intelligence from the current FSD. I would recommend asking the local roads department to realign the sign. Getting to a fail safe driving experience will require effort from all components of the traffic system.
