Plugging the Y splitter into the computer was the most painful part of the process. I walked away frustrated, came back and walked away again several times. Insanely difficult!

I'm in the process of doing this, very frustating indeed; as well as painful; cut two fingers and I'm not done yet... Luckily I'll have to press on (no pun intended) because replugging the originial is just as difficult

OMG! I went through this to install Ingenext Ghost Module. Three hours and bloody fingers later it was done. I had to step away many times as laying upside down was really painful. They made it look so easy on the videos. I wish you had posted this before I went through the install!

Thanks for posting your installation, Mike! I really like this display, but I’d never get it to plug in because my bifocals only let me see what’s closeup at the bottom, not above. I’m nearsighted and that creates the problem.

Does installation of a front or rear screen invalidate warranty?

no because tesla has to prove if there was damage caused by the mod itself

Cost "savings" which is insane to me. BEtter offer it as an option because I'd gladly pay a premium for a normal guage cluster; and I did; only I didn't pay tesla for it.

I was checking this out on their website it’s interesting definitely considering it but I’ve gotten so used to just the center screen not sure if it’s worth it to me or not. They also have a pretty cool looking rear screen for the model 3 modeled after the S&X rear console screen that might be worth checking out and doing a video on.

Easier? You are having a laugh. I have just pulled my RHD Model 3 apart and there is no way I can even touch the plug to pull it out from all the wires etc in the way.

@@matthewcoleman8267 No I didn't install it in the end. I stripped all the panels down and got to the part where you plug it in and I literally could not do it. I gave up after several failed attempts and sent it back.
