OMG, this video is amazing, awesome editing and the content is great too - it's obvious you put waaaay more than just your heart and soul into making this - probably several of each :) , it makes me remember and miss a memorable West Coast roadtrip I did with friends like 7 years ago, although the video is over 20 minutes long it sure only feels like 5 minutes cuz it's soooo genuine and authentic, it feels like we are there with you, fantastic job and I can't wait for part 2

Great road trip video. Whenever the Tesla navigation gives me weird routing, I'll typically check Google Maps to get additional information about what's happening with my preferred route. That way I can get an idea if there's a good reason for the change. Looking forward to Part 2.

Yep I did do that, google routed me up PCH which is the highway I wanted to take, but turns out it was closed at San Simeon. I wish the Tesla had been able to indicate that instead of just reroute the long way with no explanation, but at least the Tesla knew 🤷🏽‍♀️

@@TeslaMomUSA Sadly, it looks as if Tesla Navigation will be treating us just as our parents did when we were kids. Tesla Navigation Overlord: "Take this route." Tesla driver: "Why?" Tesla Navigation Overlord: "Because I said so! Just do as I say and don't ask so many questions!" Tesla driver: "But you're not the boss of me." Tesla Navigation Overlord: "You wanna bet! Navigate On Autopilot - Engage."
