Given Europes road infrastructure including city and rural country lanes a smaller Tesla model will sell very well, just think about how many VW Golf, Peugeot 208, Renault Meganes have been sold over the last 20 years. LFP batteries are currently selling in China for $51/Kwh. I personally give it 5 years before Sodium batteries are even less.

This seems to me to be Tesla showing its volume flex. Their existing factories could in principle produce 5 million cars per year. So pushing towards 3 million cars in 2025 is possible. Even at 2.6 million cars Tesla would be highly profitable.

I would love to have a Q when they finally arrive. As a shareholder over the age of Sixty five, I’d love for my wife and I to have a Q and do away with all our Gas concerns. She’s over 65 and a teacher still shaping young minds and I’d love to swap her Toyota Yaris yrx for a Tesla Q.
