Great Tips!! It's so easy to second guess yourself when it comes to Tests and letting your nerves get the best of you. This will come in handy for many people!

One more tip: Extra Strength Gas Relief softgels. It’s 125 mg. simethicone, CVS is a great choice. Take 3 an hour before you sit down for your test. We all know hyper nerves contribute to increased peristalsis and g@s. One less thing to worry about😉

Hi doc. I hope you will read this message. I have a huge problem on my face and it affects my confidence. I have an acne on cheeks and forehead, it becomes itchy every hour whether it's oily and dry. I have a sensitive skin. Can I ask what's your recommendation? What products should I use to get rid of this acne. I am not confident because of this and I hope you can help me, please?

Hello! I was wondering. Is this one gonna be more medical student related or like the tiktok skincare advise?
@Doctorly

Both medical student-related and skincare advice. But I would say more skincare advice! We are already working on skincare videos, they're just a little harder to produce!

Hi, I REALLY AM IN NEED for help for my acne. I’m from Singapore and my country does not sell the ordinary and CeRave. It does sell Laroche Posay but It’s TOO OVERPRICED. I have combination skin and very acne-prone I use An AHA every night with a moisturiser but my problem can be sorted out. Is there something I’m missing?

I’m currently thinking about trying to use differin. I’m thinking of using differin on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, friday and other days I use glycolic acid 10% on Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday I use a hydrating serum. ALL OF THEM ARE USED AT NIGHT
