I just resolved my fps issue by upgrading my cpu from 8700k to 5700x3d. Now there’s no more constant stuttering

Fr this game as a whole is a solid 7,5, the open world is a 9, and there isn't even bikes and real estate yet, people hate just because of server issues and optimization

The maximum settings differ depending on the feature. For Reflection, Texture, Water, and Ambient Occlusion, the highest available setting is High. Global Illumination can be set to Very High, while the other settings can reach ultra.
