I used the micro bungee from angelwing designs
45 -55 mm is sweet spot
60 mm is twitchy and could ping of early
I just used a simple cup hook straightened out and screwed into ply plate
be careful doing this as if to deep it can hit the servos

Towhook should be ahead of the c of g. It was weaving on the two rearward positions. Lovely traditional model for low wind conditions. Great video.

Gentle lady is a beautiful RC sailplane. I haven't flown off a bungee in over 20 years. I forgotten how amazing the launch looks. I now enjoy my electric motor powered sailplane. It's so much faster to launch, and after it glides close to Earth I can launch it again with a flick of the throttle!

I have a 'Micro Gentle Lady' from Aloft and a couple of micro bungees coming soon. Once we get some days without winds in the teens, I look forward to bungee launching my GL.

This glider holds the flight path very nicely and stably during take-off. The sea breeze probably helps here, but it's really something to see. Beautiful flights and thanks for the interesting technical comments.
