I wish my garden was nice enough to have an antenna like that set up in it. Nice video Paul.

Hi! I am new to the radio hobby. I would like to build the antenna in the video. For the balun i have found a 17x14x10mm ferrite donut. Do i need to change number of turns or something to make it work properly? Aiming for 3-30MHz maybe. No license yet, just listening. I just need to shorten the two wires to tune to VHF/UHF?

You can use the same number of turns with your Ferrite core and the dipole antenna.

Butterfly nut or wingnut in english. Is this balun using a rod core instead of the toroid show in previous video?

You sell it on your store?!

That is an odd way to connect a wire. All the tension is directed to the electrical poles, that is not the way to connect.

Linked dipole?

Yes Marko, it is also an option, but more wires are needed then. ;)
