Hello from Bulgaria! Amazing video it really helps a lot. Sometimes the Door Opener opens the door but stuck while returning back. In this cases the steps with the buttons doesn't work, maybe because the door can't be closed. If you remove the device, close the door and preform a full program or the button steps it opens and closes after that. Is there a solution to close the system even if the door is not closed ? Thanks in advance.

Hello from Croatia! We encountered your same problem today. The arm pushed the door open after the cycle last night, but then did not retract all the way. So we can't close the door. When you say, "...remove the device," what device are you referring to? Our unit has the "hidden" buttons (not visible on the front). I tried the whole button sequence shown in this video, and nothing happened.

@@skillsonian Hi, when I said removing the device, I mean physically. Like in the video the very top of the dishwasher has to be removed. There are 2 screws at the back. After removing the top there are another 2 screws which holds the device. You need to remove it from it's original place so the door can be closed. After that if you preform the buttons way or just full program the plastic stick will return. I understand this is not the best possible solution this is why I wrote my comment originally. For sure I will contact the service, because the dishwasher has still more than year warranty, but sometimes simple issues like this one has simple solutions. I hope the guys will reply to the first comment :) Greetings.
