We will do more, I only do them if the person is totally comfortable with the camera and the social. To date we have done over 20 completions, with choices made totally remotely. I will invest more on this segment of the market, think of all the resources you can save. We are not realtors, we bridge the gap between a consultant and a property finder, with the added bonus of taking care of every practical aspect, before, during and after the purchase. It's thanks to Davide for being open-minded about digital technology that enables people in far away places to buy property. I've had mixed experiences myself. Last summer I emailed an agent in the UK not once, but twice, asking for a remote viewing, and they ignored both emails. The property I was interested in came under offer very soon afterwards, so I lost it due to the agent's incompetence. Davide has international experience to add to his Italian roots, so is the perfect partner for those looking to buy in that part of Italy. I always enjoy his videos.

Thank you so much Brenda!! Only last week I was inspecting a property with a local realtor and he got an email while with me. The email was from a potential client from Australia, asking for some videos and additional photos of one of his listings. He read out the email to me and then started to laugh, he said: “this people waiting my time, how can they possibly buying without seeing it?’’ They can’t see it plus they’re incompetent. The question I get asked all the time, when we book to go and inspect a properties on the behalf of our client is: how can they consider buying if the can see it first. What happens if the inspection shows faults that need fixing? Do you help to determine what the costs will be so that the buyer can decide to move forward or back out? This is what happens in the US. I’m trying to understand how things are the same or different when buying in Italy. Thank you.

@@littlefeet2 Hi Lisa, what do you refer to when you say the inspection? Are you referring to a specific situation? Are you talking general and of what type of inspection? You can get all the information you want if you pay for it. In our case unless otherwise instructed we get a Geometra that also works for all the major banks, surveying the property and inspecting the paper work (cadastral info). If the client wants quotes for potential buildings works, this needs to be done, before negotiation the price and certainly before signing a preliminary contract.

Hi Dane, thank you for your contribution🙏 Nice weather starts in early April 20s and above and reaches the highest by mid July, mid 30s like today for example!! Nice wether lasts until mid November, giving us a very long comfortable season. We typically have a very dry heat, but from time to time we get humid days!
