Hi Dora, this was sold in July 2020. Not easy to find furnished properties. When it comes to price, once sold talking about price is irrelevant and only confuses matter. The market is not driven by price for a SQM, so when you come across something that fits your taste and budget, you shouldn’t hesitate.
