The piggies jumping in the hay was super cute! They're hilarious

Hiya! That's the sort of hay we've had since we were baby potatoes - a big bale of meadow hay - less dust than some timothy brands and lasts us a loooong time, even though we eat lots and lots of it and have a huge pile to play in as well! It makes us popcorn all over the place when we hear it rustling and see Mummy fill it up! We get extra dry forage/timothy hay box hay on top every other day or so for variety! Love from Bandit and Splodge xxxx

Ty Sarah, you’re so right about the pellets. I should’ve stopped a long time ago when I had my little teddy he didn’t really eat much of them, and I kept piling them and of course rinsing out the dish every other day, but it was a waste of money and I don’t think it was very healthy for him. I should’ve really started him off with more veggies, which I really wasn’t aware that I should give him that much vegetables I used to give him carrots certain ones he didn’t like, but then he grew like he was picky. He was a picky guy OK, but I think I should’ve stuck with the healthy veggies and fruits, but I don’t have to worry about that any longer, but I still enjoy your education on guinea pigs. This way I could help others and guide them as well, I told them about you and your channel too. Have a nice weekend thank you Sarah. The hay idea is awesome. ❤

Yay we love a new video from you. Great tips and glad I am applying most of them already 😊 Our neighbours always hang up leftover veggies on our garden fence for the piggies, less waste for them and happy piggies and happy wallet! Although… every time pigmom sees a cute piggie tunnel, house or item- money has gone 😂

Great video! You should do one where you have your subscribers send in there cages and you review them! That would be cool 😊

This video was so informative. I was shocked to read in the Guinea Pig magazine that there is more calcium in pellets than in kale which is very high. I've cut down drastically. Thanks for all your advice and help. x

Great video and hay is amazing at how much you can spend and I found that I can cut my costs in going to tractor supply and honestly, a lot of costs can be how much you want to take the time to dyi in enrichments and if you want to try and make fleece. I do need to do fleece as I have skinny guinea pigs.

Hi, I live in Czech republic and working at the supermarket for several years. So we have a lot ,,free,, food for piggies or bunnies. Mostly it's a rubbish for people, but for animals it's a good food. Like leaves from kohlrabi, cauliflower, radish leaves, parsley and carrot leaves. I have job to throw this out, so I new few people who coming for this and they know me that I will leave this on the side for them if they asked me day before. Or lot's of salads we can sell only for one day like rucola, baby spinach or normal spinach, so on the evening it on 80% price off. So big 500g of baby spinach after discount is about fifty cents for whole bag. So lot of people going for it, maybe try a local store for these things. But I have no idea how this works in different countries, but it's a good option too :)
