The cutter block is spinning the wrong way. Timestamp at 57 seconds, the tone is also wrong with the cutter block blades spinning in the wrong direction.

Hi Shane. It may look like it but the cutter is actually spinning the correct direction. It would not be able to cut the way it does or sound good if it spun the other way. Also dangerous.
