@@jamesramsey2400 I just think its interesting theyre like the one thing people complain about and really easy to get and store and cut cooking time in half for a lot of cooking and baking. For me itd probably be Air fryer then a mixer lol

btw are you aware of how expensive a good stand mixer is, also very few people bake at home, also a fan oven is usually just as effective as a air fryer if you have one, on top of that most cooking does not use special equiptment ,tbh i think a good set of pans and mabye a nice knife are probably your most crucial first investment @@Blamberta

Stand mixers are sometimes expensive but if youre watching and trying to make homemade hamburger buns id consider you more than just someone who never cooks often lol

Kneading is completely unnecessary to making a good burger bun. Just search for "no knead burger buns" and you can find some great recipes. I've been using the one from ChainBaker for a few weeks and it's been great, speaking as someone who barely baked any bread before that.
