Testing One Ethanol R. What’s it’s ethanol content?

Great video, today I found a one ethanol dealer 45 mins away, was considering getting a 55 drum but was worried if it will be slightly better than pump but after seeing this I’m definitely buying the drum. Thanks

I tested 1 ethanol R as well and came up with the same results. I couldn’t tell if there was a separation on top. I chalked it up to the meniscus line. It’s probably 98-100% ethanol in my opinion. Great video

Are you running it on your Gen 3 mustang? And by any chance did you run it on your e85 tune or did you have to get a retune for it? Curious if you’re running this on your stock fuel system as well.

@@kevincandelas1228 the car was NA when I posted that. But yeah stock fuel system. Also on the Lund E85R tune. No special tune required

I only put one ethanol in my evo x great stuff, my local gas station e85 is around e77 summer blend of course.

One ethanol r would have a higher octane rating while being a mix. will be more expensive to run but will have more protection

Hey I have a 2020 whipple with 3.875 pulley could I see a significant horse power gain with just adding ethanol one R or E85? It’s about 11-12 psi of boost

Depends on your tuner. Me at same psi saw 50 more hp
