TESTING out TEMUS Holographic coaster mould four ways. Was it worth the $$$

I tried out a holographic coaster mould from TEMU and used four different techniques. Mica powder, glitter, interference powder? and black pigment.
What looked the best and what did I think of the quality of the mould?

I contacted Temu about the quality and disappointment in the mould. They refunded me with a credit straight away so thumbs up to Temu for that. Thanks to one of my subscribers Nat #mattersofthehartbynat8815 for the suggestion to contact them. Happy crafting everyone!

Use black for the interference powders like chameleon powders and dust the mold

Hi Trish… I could see the holographic in all four coasters… it did show up best on the black, but my favourite one is the purple one! Thanks for trying out your Temu buys with us and giving us your honest opinion… it is much appreciated. 🤗 I also get a LOT of my stuff from Temu and, more often than not, get a great bargain with generally decent quality. And when I do get a dud, I just contact them and they are pretty quick to give me a refund… and most of the time they don’t ask me to return the faulty one. Maybe you should let them know about your mould? Also… You probably do, but do you know about the Elmers glue trick to stop glitter sinking? Not that I think that I’d use it in a thin coaster, but it’s another #DanielCooper trick. In case you haven’t heard (or if any of your viewers don’t know), you use one drop of clear Elmers glue per one ounce (30ml) of resin, with glitter in… and as soon as you mix it, it becomes really gluggy… you can pour it into your mould and the glitter won’t sink! Hello Trish. I purchase all my resin products from Temu also. I find that if I go on Amazon first, the same products from the same companies on Temu cost 3-4 times more on Amazon. Unbelievable! I'm from Texas USA. I have recently discovered your videos. Thank you for sharing! Trisha

Yeah was pretty bad, I've complained to Temu and they refunded me straight away so that's a positive 😊
