I'm returning to modelling after a break of 38 years and having never airbtushed before I have been you tubing like crazy to make informed choice of airbrush by learning what they can do etc. Your video "How to Airbrush Acryllics. Perfect every time" has been very informative, as you made it easy to understand.

Got into this hobby about a year ago. Used to play video games a lot, but with working from home all the time at my desk I needed a new no screen hobby. This channel has become a hobby in itself for me as I prep my list for moving into airbrushing.

I am not really into model building. Now I have some pinball play fields that I want to touch up to get back to nice looking condition. I have been watching your videos on reviews and fluid tests and feel this is what I need to work with next. I have an "ooold" single stage from the 70's that I played around with on a car's flames for my son. I really need to grab something like this to get back into my hobbies. Thanks again for sharing all you have in the past and future.

Just got back into modeling (after 30 years) and have been looking at Airbrushes. Didn’t really consider a Badger until I saw this. I had a basic Badger 350 back in the day that was reliable, but think a dual action will serve better. I want to thank you for your tips and reviews. They’ve really been helpful and helped get me oriented to the wide range of paints and tools available today.

I bought a Badger 150 back in 1984. I custom painted HO scale And O scale trains with it for 20 years. I had also purchased a Paasche in 1994. Honestly, the Badger had given flawless paint jobs over the years. I ended up giving that air brush to a friend for his painting purposes. After seeing your reviews on both Badger guns from you, I'm really considering going back to Badger. Thanks for the review.

I have had a Badger 200NH single action airbrush for over 20 years, probably 30 years "I think I bought it when I worked at a hobby store." It has served me well, up until the other day when I began to paint my guitar with it. One of the things I love about this airbrush is it's all metal construction after these many years it still looks brand new.

I really enjoyed your video. It was very informative and I think I may look into a Patriot airbrush for myself. I bought my first airbrush back in the 70's off of a Snap-On tool truck and never used it until about 3 years ago. It was a Paasche VL with the 3 needles, bottles and accessories and in a cardboard organizer. Back in the mid 50's when I was building model cars and plains, I used a regular brush to paint them. If I had an airbrush back then, I can only think of how much nicer they would have looked, no runs, sags or messes. I have just got back into model trains and have been reading a lot about weathering them and would love to try my hand at it. Thanks again for the very informative vid.

I have learned a lot of things to do with air brushing from watching ur vids. I am very new to this part of painting. It has really expanded my model rail road with weathering and painting my buildings and rolling stock. No more brush marks on anything. Now if I could learn how to shoot glitter paint out of one of these air brushes so I could teach my wife. Life would be complete and everything would be covered in glitter. The wife is one sparkly woman. Lol

Sooo many products made in Japan, China, etc. At least this is made in the USA and works well. My Patriot is great and my Krome very nice. Now the trick is paint thinning that we all need to master as it is a case by case trial per the brand of paint, Gloss, flat and Satin, Craft acrylics, acrylics that have a petroleum base, enamels , and lacquers . etc....your videos really help, and using lacquer thinner or mineral spirits really clean things up. I clean until fluid is clear, then flush with hot water, thanks!

Thanks for the review Rex. I’ve used the Patriot before and tried to adjust the trigger pressure but then I started to have a lot of spatter while airbrushing and it didn’t click until one day I accidentally tightened it all the way after a deep clean and now the issues are practically non existent. Had even ordered a new needle set thinking it was a bent needle or cracked nozzle. Just a FYI.

I really appreciate your videos, it's nice to have a reliable and trustworthy source to go to when I'm looking for paints, or equipment. You have been extremely helpful in my research about airbrushing. Im the kinda guy who does lots of research before starting something. I have been building model ships and 25mm miniature figures since I was a kid, currently I'm 56 and disabled so I'm an old dog, and I've always painted using brushes. I usually do 1/350 scale kits, but I am planning on tackling some much larger scale kits (a Revell 1/144 Fletcher class WWII destroyer, which I'm going to make for our local veteran's center, and a 1/200 scale Arizona which a dear friend gave me as a birthday gift). So I figure trying to brush such large pieces will be difficult to do without leaving obvious brush strokes. So I decided it was time for me to learn airbrushing. I watched some tutorials and such from other people, but I found they really were just either selling the product, or really couldn't teach the way out of a paper bag. Your channel is so much better, your not pushing anything and if it's not a good product you say so. So thanks, and after I do get my airbrush set up I know you will be my go to for reliable information.

I bought a Patriot after watching your review a couple of months ago. Just tried it today and I love it! Especially because it's so easy to clean compared to my cheap airbrush.

Thorough as always! Really appreciate the depth of these reviews. I discovered Alclad through your channel and it’s a game changer. Anyone who paints models should be subscribed. Keep it up!

I’m excited for the new review on the Badger. Just bought my first airbrush after watching your review on the Badger Patriot. It helped me make the decision between the Badger and the Paasche.

I'm still new to airbrushing but I've learned so much from your content already. I have an 8 gallon compressor in my garage so I picked up a regulator, in-line desiccant, Iwata 10' air line, and a Master G444 airbrush with the 3 needle sizes. I actually got it all set up and leak free today. I haven't run color through it yet but it sprays the Medea airbrush cleaner nicely. Tomorrow I'll have my mug ready with hot water to clean out my Vallejo colors 🙌👍

Badger has an amazing repair program, any issues with the airbrush due to any reason, misuse, broken, or worn, they will fix your airbrush for only the cost of shipping it to them and if any part is replaced the cost is very minimal. Ken also does a yearly birthday sale where EVERY airbrush is on sale for the price of his age

Thanks for all your great reviews. I've made several purchases based on your recommendations and was never disappointed! I've never had a badger airbrush but I think it's time to change that.
