I have a 155 and a 715. They both are outstanding and i use the 715 more for clear than my Devilbiss DV1-C clear gun since the output is twice as much with as fine as atomization. The white derlin piece in the back of the nozzle is not a gasket its a bushing. The gasket was between the nozzle and gun body

It aint no r500, but it still looks 10x better than I'm seeing on new cars. Seriously! I've seen brand new Kias with orange peel that you could easily spot from 20 feet. No joke.

If you gonna try it again, maybe try turning in the fluid knob one turn in and narrow the fan a bit or turn in the fan knob a little. I still haven't tried mine out yet.

Maybe the purple Harbor Freight gun would be a better choice for a beginner. I just picked one last week up with a coupon for $8.98. Definitely wouldn't produce as much overspray as the Porphis PHS-135. Thanks for the honest review.

Price wise, the purple gun might be the better choice but I think when it comes to longevity the Porphis spray gun would last longer. It really depends on what the person’s needs are when choosing a spray gun. I appreciate you checking out the video BigBlueMotors!

Just got mine today. The blue plastic thing can be removed, I'll put a M4x4 stainless grub screw in mine to make it look better. 3m pps 2.0 26003 S2C adapter fits this gun.

@@UndergroundPaintKing I was wrong, M4x3 would fit better, the grub screw i got was a cup point and it is not flush. Have to grind it. M4x3 flat bottom would work better, ebay seller The rusty bolt shop sells 2 pieces for 2 bucks.

Dang, UPK! All that FOG is what i'm trying to avoid in the garage...even if it produced a beautiful finish...still wouldn't want it. I've got my turbine and have been selling my "foggy" spray guns on Ebay. But...I kept my R500's and actually just got the Drizel D1 that's making the rounds on utube. Its like a premium R500 . I did 3 coats on a hood today and it turned out slick. I was pretty impressed with the gun, the finish upgrades, the way it sprayed. So i'm keeping it for a dedicated clear gun. Lvlp for me, UPK. Appreciate the critique on this gun. Guess they can't all be winners...

Yeah this wasn’t the greatest gun but at the price of $47 it might be a good starter gun for the right person, you’re more experienced so it’s definitely no need for you to pick one up!

Hey PK, at first I was quite surprised/disappointed at the amount of peel this gun put down but when you told us the price I changed my mind so I don't think it did a bad job really but at that price I don't think many pro painters like yourself would be interested in this one but it would be a good gun for the first time painter but they may struggle to get a finish like you got here🤔 At the end of the day you get what you pay for as you can see with this gun🤭😂👍John UK

It depends on what you’re doing, I think it’ll work well for doing small projects but attempting a overall paint job will be challenging
