It's hard to make things simple, yet you do it so easily. Great video.

I tried to explain this to someone but they weren't getting it. So I showed them this video and they refused to see it. It's a good vid and in line with what we did, though I must say though, that while a lot of people make a distinction between chi sao and fighting, I insist, that chi sao is practice of the concepts and principles WHICH ARE Wing Chun. It mimics how we are supposed to be. In a sentence, easiest way to put it, is how when Arnold as terminator in T2 punches or hits the T-1000 in the end fight, and the T-1000 absorbes the fist or the metal spear, that is quite literally us when doing WC. Accepting and attacking with perfect structure at the same time no matter what the other person dishes out, from any angle.

He knows wing chun, but Sifu Sergio is also very good. He knows some nuances and subtleties of wing chun that others don't know. This is why I say to watch tutorials, videos and read books from other masters and sifus.

would it be possible for you to spar or compete against actual "trained" fighters? Preferably muay thai fighters.. I've been researching wing chun and its applications for a long time and never actually seen it in action against a trained fighter... i've watched a few documentaries where wing chun guys just get destroyed by a good kick boxer. Convince me please!

Ti assicuro che nn spinge è l'avversario che va a dx e sx e lui è costretto a seguirlo. Ho fatto esercizi con lui al summercamp di loano. Ha una potenza interna veramente mostruosa, se nn lo tocchi nn lo capisci.

This is not wing chun. Looks more like tai chi
@SuperThiago788 жыл бұрын
Ma quanti trucchetti che usa,questo non è lavoro interno,si vede che spinge,anche se lui dice che controlla la linea centrale,ma il lavoro interno non hai bisogno di muovere così tanto il tuo corpo!
