Quite a bit I imagine. The potatos are a good example: how come the guy who made the dish didn't know it was under seasoned until they were at the table? He didn't taste as he made it, which is cooking basics.

@@HenriqueErzinger err.. isn't that missing the point than? i mean the guy is following someone recipe to the letter but he felt it is underseason later on than he add some spice to suit his palate.. ofc this guy is amateur at cooking but at least they seem to follow the proper step to made the dish.. if u taste the dish and change it to what you like/ as your palate dictate than it will be a diff recipe than.. so i think you are kinda missing it i guess

@@kayyam9959 putting salt and seasoning if following the recipe, that means you don’t imitate like ctrl+C and ctrl+v but check if anything is lacking especially when it comes salt seasoning. The recipe does not change if you season an under seasoned dish. Cooking basics . It’s not chemistry or baking, baking takes measurement, cooking doesn’t.
