হুবহু এই রেসিপিতে তেতোর ডাল করেছিলাম। এত অসাধারণ স্বাদ হয়েছিল। বাসার সবাই খুব পছন্দ করে খেয়েছে এমনকি আমার মেয়ে ও খেয়েছে কারন খাওয়ার সময় ও বুঝতেও পারেনি এতে করল্লা আছে! ইউ গাই'জ আর জাস্ট রকিং! 👌✌ অনেক শুভ কামনা 😍

আমি অনেক আত্মীয়র বাড়িতে লাউ দিয়ে তেতোর ডাল খেয়েছি , খুব ভালো লেগেছে। আমি বাড়িতে নিজের মতো করে বানিয়েছি, কিন্তু আজ আপনাদের ই ওয়ান্না টি দেখে খুব ভাল করে শিখে নিলাম। দেখেই মনে হচ্ছে দারুন রান্না হয়েছে। আমি এই ভাবে বানাবো ধন্যবাদ। 💯

গতকাল রেঁধেছিলাম। লাউ ছিলো না কিন্তু স্বাদ একেবারেই অনন্য রকমের অসাধারণ ছিলো। মেথির ফোঁড়নে যে গন্ধ আর স্বাদ আসে তা একদম স্বর্গীয়। সবচেয়ে মজার ব্যাপার, এই ডাল কিন্তু করলার কামড় পরার আগপর্যন্ত মোটেই তেতো না। করলার সামান্য তেতো স্বাদ ডালের মধুরতা যেন এক পলকে অনেকটুকু বাড়িয়ে দেয়।

I am making this today. It is so hot in DC and it has been very long since we stayed here over the summer. We normally go away so I have taken this opportunity to go through your videos and make some of the dishes I have never made or had like this one. Again most delicious. I did end up parboiling the lau but then lightly browning them in the same oil I fried the korola. I liked the texture of that. Simple and so yummy. Thanks again Bong Eats. Can you post aamer chutney sometimes. There are so many variations on the theme. I make it with just panchphoron and shukno lonka, sugar and salt but I see folks using all kind of things including boiling the mangoes first??
