I watched this launch on SSN's channel when he popsted it and I noticed a cascade of water from around the bridge deck. At the time I assumed it was a surge from the launch wave, but at 2:20 it is clear that the water was already there. I wonder if, even 2 years after the event, you have any thoughts on how that water got there. I can't imagine the shipyard workers having to work on a flooded deck. And the scuppers should have taken care of any rainwater. The aerial sequence gives a good idea of the length of the vessel not readily noticed from SSN's location.
